Replyf ("we", "us", "our") operates replyf.app and the Replyf Chrome extension. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information:
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. We store this to create your account.
Usage Data:
We track how many replies you generate to manage your plan limits. We store reply counts and timestamps only. We never store email content.
Tone Profile:
If you set up a tone profile we store a plain text summary of your writing style. Emails used during setup are processed and immediately discarded.
Payment Information:
Processed by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store card details. We receive payment confirmation only.

Lemon Squeezy:

Resend:
Transactional emails only.
ipapi.co:
Country detection at signup only.
6. Data Security

Account data kept while account is active.
On account deletion:
