How does Replyf learn my writing tone?
During a one-time setup, you select 3-5 emails from your Gmail sent folder. Replyf reads them and learns how you write — your greeting style, phrases, and tone. No copy-pasting. Just select and confirm. Setup takes under 2 minutes. Free for all plans.
What counts as one reply?
Every time you click the Replyf button to generate a response = 1 reply used. Clicking Regenerate also uses 1 reply. Your reply count resets every month.
Will the reply actually sound like me?
Yes. That is the entire point of Replyf. Most AI tools write generic replies you spend time editing. Replyf learns your specific tone first — so every reply sounds like you wrote it.
Does Replyf read or store my emails?
No. Your emails are never stored. Replyf reads the email thread only to generate your reply. Nothing is saved to our servers. Your inbox stays completely private.
Which Gmail accounts does Replyf work with?
Replyf works with any Gmail account — personal Gmail and Google Workspace (business) accounts both supported.
Can I use Replyf without setting up tone?
Yes. You can skip tone setup and still generate replies. Replyf will use a default professional tone. You can complete tone setup anytime from your settings.
Can I give Replyf extra instructions?
Yes. Before generating a reply you can add a custom instruction. Example: "Be firm about the Friday deadline", "Keep it under 3 lines", "Mention we need 50% upfront". Replyf follows your instruction while keeping your personal tone.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Change your plan anytime from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at next billing date.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No questions asked. Cancel from your account settings. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
Do unused replies carry over?
No. Replies reset on your monthly billing date. If you need more replies this month you can upgrade your plan anytime.
What if the generated reply is not good?
Click Regenerate for a different reply. Each regeneration uses 1 reply. You can also add a custom instruction before regenerating to guide the AI toward exactly what you need.
