How do I set up my tone profile?

Install the Replyf Chrome extension, then open Gmail. You'll see the Replyf button appear inside your Gmail view. Click it to sign up, define your role (VA, EA, freelancer, or business owner), and paste 3-5 real sent emails from your client's or executive's inbox. Replyf uses those samples to build the tone profile in under 2 minutes.

Why isn't the extension appearing in Gmail?

Make sure you are using Google Chrome and that the extension is enabled. Try refreshing Gmail after installation. If the issue persists, disable and re-enable the extension from Chrome's extension manager at chrome://extensions.

How do I switch between client tone profiles?

Click the Replyf icon inside Gmail and select the tone profile you want to use from the dropdown. Each profile you have set up will appear in the list. Switching takes one click.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime directly from your Replyf account dashboard on the website, or from the Replyf extension settings inside Gmail. No email required. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Which browsers and devices does Replyf support?

Replyf is a Google Chrome extension, so it works anywhere Chrome runs, including ChromeOS and Chrome on Windows, Mac, and Linux. It's built for desktop Gmail and doesn't currently run inside the Gmail mobile app.

Can I switch plans as my client list grows?

Yes. Upgrading from Starter to Pro or Unlimited takes effect immediately, so you can add tone profiles the moment you take on a new client rather than waiting for your next billing date.
