How do I set up my tone profile?
After installing the Chrome extension, open Gmail and click the Replyf icon. Follow the 30-second setup to let Replyf read a sample of your sent emails and build your tone profile. You can create separate profiles for each client.
Why isn't the extension appearing in Gmail?
Make sure you are using Google Chrome and that the extension is enabled. Try refreshing Gmail after installation. If the issue persists, disable and re-enable the extension from Chrome's extension manager at chrome://extensions.
How do I switch between client tone profiles?
Click the Replyf icon inside Gmail and select the tone profile you want to use from the dropdown. Each profile you have set up will appear in the list. Switching takes one click.
Can I use Replyf for multiple clients?
Yes. You can create a separate tone profile for each client or executive you reply on behalf of. The Starter plan supports one profile, Pro supports multiple profiles, and the VA plan is built for high-volume multi-client workflows.
Are my emails stored or used to train AI?
No. Replyf never stores your email content. Emails are processed in real time to generate the reply draft, then immediately discarded. Your tone profile stores only a plain-text style summary, not email content. Read the full privacy policy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@replyf.app. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued on used reply credits.
