1. Acceptance

By using Replyf you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Replyf.

2. What Replyf Is

Replyf is a Gmail Chrome extension that uses AI to generate email reply suggestions in your personal writing tone.

You are fully responsible for every email you send using Replyf.

3. Eligibility

  • →Must be at least 18 years old
  • →Must have a valid Google account
  • →Must provide accurate information

4. Your Account

  • →Keep your account secure
  • →Responsible for all account activity
  • →One account per person
  • →Do not share your account

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use Replyf to:

  • →Send spam or unsolicited emails
  • →Harass or harm others
  • →Conduct illegal activities
  • →Reverse engineer the product
  • →Abuse the free trial

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Plans:

  • Free Trial: $0 — 10 replies total
  • Starter: $12/month — 75 replies
  • Pro: $24/month — 200 replies

Billing:

  • →Paid plans billed monthly
  • →Processed by Lemon Squeezy
  • →Renews automatically
  • →Cancel anytime

Cancellation:

  • →Access until end of billing period
  • →No partial refunds

Refunds:

  • →No refunds once replies are used
  • →Unused replies within 7 days: contact hello@replyf.app

7. Reply Limits

Monthly reply limits per plan. Unused replies do not carry over. Resets on billing date.

8. AI Generated Content

Replyf suggests email replies. You must review all suggestions. We are not responsible for:

  • →Accuracy of suggestions
  • →Consequences of emails you send

9. Intellectual Property

Replyf is owned by Replyf. Your content remains yours. We claim no ownership of your emails.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability. Not liable for service interruptions or third party failures.

11. Termination

We may terminate accounts that:

  • →Violate these terms
  • →Engage in fraud
  • →Abuse the service

You may delete your account anytime: hello@replyf.app

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
